Please allow up to one week for me to begin the process. Once the form is submitted, I will reach out to you via email with stone options and any questions or recommendations I may have! Then I'll start by drawing a sketch of the piece that will need to be approved by you before I begin creating it. I only require 50% down to begin the piece and the other 50% is due before I ship your piece to you; However, you do have the option to pay in full so the piece ships out as soon as it is completed.

In the form please include the following:

• Type: (Ring, Necklace, Bracelet, Earrings, or a custom gift set)

• Metal preference: (ex. Sterling silver, 14k gold, copper, etc.)

• Stones or color preferences

• Note any specific elements you'd like as accents (ex. flowers, twisted wire, chain, beaded wire, dot accents)
